Dr. Summers is board certified in both gynecology and obesity medicine, practicing in Birmingham for over 35 years. Patients value his ability to quickly diagnose problems others have overlooked, his careful listening, and compassionate guidance you can talk to about anything.

Alongside Dr. Summers, Purba Mukherjee, CRNP, specializes in women’s health and weight loss — caring for patients across both sides of the practice.
